Key Responsibilities- Provide basic patient care and support services, including bathing, dressing, and feeding patients as needed.
- Assist with daily living activities, such as toileting, transferring, and ambulating patients.
- Monitor and record patient vital signs, including temperature, pulse, blood pressure, and respiration rate.
- Administer simple treatments, such as enemas, douches, and irrigations, as directed by a licensed nurse.
- Chart and document patient care and behaviors as required.
- Participate in patient education and support, including providing information on treatment procedures and visitor hours.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality patient care and a safe and respectful environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- One year of experience in patient care or a related field preferred.
