We are seeking a skilled and adaptable Clinical Support Associate to join our Float Team at Goshen Health. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide exceptional patient care and support in various clinical settings throughout Elkhart County.
Key Responsibilities- Assist physicians and healthcare practitioners in daily clinical and administrative tasks under the direction of practice managers and providers.
- Provide patient care, including obtaining financial and demographic information, verifying insurance eligibility, and entering data into electronic medical records.
- Communicate with patients about upcoming appointments, outstanding balances, and collect required copayments upon registration.
- Work under pressure to meet deadlines while maintaining a courteous and professional manner.
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Medical Assistant (MA) certification.
- Current license as LPN (or LVN) issued by the Indiana Health Professions Bureau.
- CPR certification through AHA.
- Experience in a medical office setting is preferred.
- $5,000 (LPN & MA) Bonus.
- $3,000/year Tuition Loan Repayment.
- $3.00/hr Float Premium.
- Tuition reimbursement.
- Full Medical, Dental, Vision Benefits for FT/PT.
