Key Responsibilities:- Provide routine daily nursing care and services to residents, including bathing, feeding, dressing, and vital sign monitoring.
- Assist residents with daily tasks and activities, promoting independence and dignity.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of resident care plans, ensuring individualized and person-centered care.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery and effective communication.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance skills and knowledge in patient care and support.
- Valid Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) license
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a long-term care facility preferred
