Key Responsibilities- Assist residents with daily tasks such as bathing, feeding, and dressing
- Measure and record vital signs as assigned by the Charge Nurse
- Contribute to resident care plans by sharing knowledge of resident conditions and needs
- Report symptoms, reactions, and changes in conditions to the Charge Nurse
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) license
- Experience in a long-term care facility preferred
