Job SummaryWe are seeking highly motivated sales professionals to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be energetic, and professional. Key responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries, making outbound calls, and generating appointments from our database. A strong organizational and time management skills are essential for this role.

- Promptly respond to customer inquiries with courtesy, accuracy, and professionalism.
- Utilize our phone system to market to existing customers and prospects.
- Promptly and accurately enter all customer inquiry data into the CRM system.
- Generate sales appointments.
- Conduct full vehicle presentations.
- Engage in effective negotiations.
- Prepare customers for finance managers.
- Deliver vehicles professionally.
- Effectively utilize lead management tools.
- Exhibit high levels of customer satisfaction and ethics.
- At least 1 year of retail sales experience required.
- Previous Internet Sales position at an automotive dealership preferred.
- Experience in taking incoming sales phone calls and making outbound marketing calls.
- Experience utilizing Inventory and/or CRM systems.
- Confident and professional phone manner.
- Flexible schedule to include evenings and/or weekends.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to read and comprehend rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.
We offer a competitive salary of around $40,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, you will have opportunities for growth and development within our organization.
