Organizational Background: Guardians of Honor LLC is dedicated to fostering STEM engagement among community college students aspiring to transition to four-year institutions or enter the workforce directly. The organization utilizes its unique expertise and resources to immerse students in authentic and experiential learning opportunities.

Key Missions:

  • Mission 1: Participants engage in a self-paced online course focused on understanding significant missions and research.
  • Mission 2: Students take part in educational simulations designed to enhance their knowledge in an enjoyable manner.
  • Mission 3: Involves an engineering design challenge, where students can participate in competitions or capstone projects hosted at partner institutions.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Oversee project timelines and task assignments, ensuring real-time updates in management tools.
  • Collaborate across teams to ensure all deliverables meet high-quality standards and are informed by the latest information.
  • Participate in regular contract management and daily meetings to support project execution.
  • Develop standard operating procedures and quality control processes, updating them to reflect best practices and efficiencies.
  • Contribute to client progress reports, including monthly updates and weekly metrics.
