Job Summary

This role is responsible for handling and delivering orders in a way that meets customers' expectations regarding scope and delivery time. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and time management skills, as well as effective project management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate order and item list with drawing department, warehouse, and workshop
  • Continuous follow-up on orders
  • Coordinate order changes and re-schedule in cooperation with internal and external partners
  • Handling reported supplier non-conformances
  • Assist in purchasing of products for Tranter Operations from selected suppliers
  • Goods receiving on direct deliveries (from supplier to customers)
  • Invoicing of milestone orders
  • Train, coach, and mentor other colleagues
  • Act as company liaison to manage customer projects through the entire process from customer inquiry through shipment of product

Requirements:

  • Technical Associate's Degree required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Minimum of 1 year of project management experience
  • PMP Certification a plus
  • Knowledge of ASME Code, Section VIII Division 1 a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
