We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse with experience in MS/Tele to join our team at Fifth Commandment Healthcare Staffing. As a MS/Tele RN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
• Provide direct patient care to adults and geriatrics in a MS/Tele setting
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms, and manage dysrhythmias
• Utilize Epic electronic medical record system to document patient information
• Participate in rapid response teams and post-cardiac angiogram care
• Administer medications and perform various medical procedures
Requirements:
• 2 years of experience as a MS/Tele RN
• Epic experience required, 3s/4s
• AHA BLS certification
• Ability to float to other units as needed
• 18-month separation period
• 2 professional references required within the last 12 months
Unit Information:
• Medication system: Omnicell
• Patient age group: Adults & Geriatrics
