Clinical Health Psychologist: Hepatology and Liver Disease Medical Home Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Health Psychologist to join our team in the Department of Gastroenterology, Hepatology, and Nutrition at the Cleveland Clinic Digestive Disease Institute and Neurological Institute.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive evaluations and individual and group-based interventions for patients with a variety of hepatological conditions, including fatty liver disease, chronic liver conditions, and alcohol-related liver disease.
About the TeamOur department offers a rich multidisciplinary collaborative environment for research and education, with opportunities to teach students, trainees, and postdoctoral fellows in health psychology and other disciplines.
The successful applicant will be appointed to the Cleveland Clinic Lerner College of Medicine at a level commensurate with experience.
Requirements- Completed a doctoral degree from an APA- or CPA-accredited psychology program
- Completed a predoctoral internship
- Completed a postdoctoral fellowship with experience in health psychology
- Eligibility for licensure in Ohio
- Strong candidates will possess expertise in the provision of evidence-based treatments for health-related depression, anxiety, and pain, as well as experience working with patients diagnosed with a chronic medical condition
