Our Ballston Spa facility is in search of a dedicated individual to enhance our Dispatch team. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment, possess strong attention to detail, and work collaboratively with others.

Starting pay ranges from $20 to $22 per hour, based on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate efficient delivery logistics for our drivers.
  • Assist in the organization and staging of orders.
  • Ensure effective and timely communication among sales, management, operations, and purchasing regarding substitutions, out-of-stock items, damaged goods, or any issues affecting delivery.
  • Utilize our software systems to oversee and manage daily delivery and transfer operations.

Essential Skills:
Exceptional customer service abilities are crucial.

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 40+ hours per week, with a start time of 6 AM.

Compensation and Benefits:
  • Weekly pay on Fridays.
  • Discretionary profit-sharing after one year of service.
  • Six paid holidays and immediate PTO.
