Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Director of Behavioral Day Services to oversee the overall operation of our Behavioral Day Program Services, Recreation/Respite Programs, and any new potential Day Programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Behavioral Day Program Services and excellent leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the daily operations of our Senior Day, Special Needs, and Adult Day Programs.
  • Develop and lead recreation and community activities calendar.
  • Ensure compliance with DDD licensing regulations.
  • Supervise and manage a team of staff members.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless program delivery.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field or Master's degree with a minimum of ten (10) years of experience in a related field.
  • Five (5) years of supervisory experience in a related field.
  • Prior experience working with adults with developmental disabilities.
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • Excellent communication and task management skills.
