We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Wildlife Renewal Technician to join our team at Arrow Exterminators. As a key member of our pest control team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service to our residential and commercial customers, ensuring their homes and businesses are free from wildlife infestations.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough inspections of properties to identify and remove wildlife-related issues
- Develop and implement effective exclusion and trapping strategies to prevent future infestations
- Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized solutions
- Collect payment and propose additional services to customers
- Work independently and manage own schedule to ensure timely completion of services
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Current driver's license
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and maintain any state regulatory agency required licensing/certification exams
- Ability to work a 40-hour work week, including evenings and weekends as needed
- Professional appearance and adherence to company uniform policy
