Role Responsibilities:
As a Senior Civil Engineer, you will:
1. Serve as the senior project engineer, conducting comprehensive evaluations and alternative analyses to guide project decisions and address complex challenges.
2. Oversee the design of intricate projects, ensuring adherence to project specifications while assessing environmental impacts and associated risks.
3. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to position for prospective projects, contribute to technical proposal writing, engage in client discussions, and assist in contract negotiations.
4. Support Project Managers with technical proposals, addressing project issues as they arise with clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies.
5. Advocate for project decisions through environmental assessments and risk evaluations.
6. Lead and monitor the civil engineering components throughout all project phases, providing mentorship to team members as a technical authority.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
- A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, specializing in Civil Engineering.
- At least ten (10) years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- A Professional Engineer (PE) license is mandatory.
