Position Overview:
We are seeking candidates for the role of Project Engineer who possess a background in Construction Management or related disciplines. Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting project organization, planning, and scheduling efforts
- Addressing daily challenges to ensure project timelines and budgets are met
- Creating systems for tracking job schedules, productivity, and costs
- Preparing reports for clients and managing change order submissions
- Collaborating with site supervisors and team members
- Overseeing various logs and documentation pertinent to the project
- Facilitating the procurement of materials and equipment as necessary
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field
- 3-5 years of relevant professional experience
- Preferred experience in electrical and instrumentation construction
- Strong understanding of estimating, scheduling, and procurement processes
- Ability to interpret electrical drawings and specifications
- Proficiency in MS Office and Primavera P6 software
- Capability to work autonomously and thrive under pressure
- Outstanding communication and organizational abilities
- Flexibility to work varied hours as required
