Job Overview

ATG Recruiting is seeking a skilled CDL A OTR Dry Van Semi Truck Driver to join our team. As a regional driver, you will be responsible for hauling 100% no-touch dry van freight, with 50-60% drop and hook and 40-50% live unload.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Haul 100% no-touch dry van freight
  • Drive 2500+ miles per week
  • Home every other weekend for 48-hour reset
  • 1 day off for every week out
  • Earn $1,200 - $1,500 per week
Driver Benefits:
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance after 30 days
  • 401(k) with 4% match after 6 months
Tractor Trailer Description:
  • 2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadia automatic fully loaded
  • Refrigerator, APU, 1500-watt inverter included
  • Well-maintained 53' dry van
Driver Pay and Benefits:
  • $.50 cpm for 3-5 months of experience
  • $.51 cpm for 6-11 months of experience
  • $.52 cpm for 1-2 years of experience
  • $.54 cpm for 2+ years of experience
  • Detention pay $12.50 per hour after 2 hours
  • Layover pay/breakdown pay $100 per day (excluding Sundays)
Requirements:
  • Class A license (CDL-A)
  • Current DOT medical card
  • 3 months of experience in the last 3 years
