Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Diesel Mechanic to join our team. As a Diesel Mechanic, you will be responsible for repairing and maintaining our fleet of Ready Mix trucks, ensuring they are in top condition to meet the demands of our operations.
Responsibilities- Repair and maintain Ready Mix trucks, including diesel engines and heavy-duty vehicles
- Perform preventive maintenance and repairs, such as brakes, air systems, and tire maintenance
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues with our fleet
- Work independently and as part of a team to ensure timely completion of tasks
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in diesel engine repair and maintenance
- Valid Driver's License (CDL Preferred)
- Valid DOT Medical Card
- Knowledge working on Ready Mix Trucks (Preferred)
- Experience in diesel engines and heavy-duty vehicles (Preferred)
- Must have own basic tools
- Must be able to read and comprehend service and repair manuals
