Job Summary

Nelson Connects is seeking a highly skilled AR Specialist to join our team. As an AR Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting our month-end close activities and optimizing our accounts receivable function.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices, including matching costs to corresponding purchase orders.
  • Review orders for accuracy and match internal orders to vendor costs.
  • Process payments, including checks, ACH payments, and credit card payments.
  • Collect and manage sales taxes for orders across various states and countries.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in AR or accounting roles.
  • Proficiency in Excel is a must.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work through complex data accurately.
  • Desire to learn and grow within the company, with a long-term commitment.
