Opportunity Overview
We are seeking an experienced Perinatal Medicine Physician to join our team at NYC Health + Hospitals/Harlem.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing critically ill newborns and will be responsible for attending high-risk deliveries and overseeing the care of preterm and full-term newborns in our Level III Neonatal ICU.
Salary and Benefits
The annual base salary for this position is $215,000* (board eligible); $220,000* (board certified) based on a 40-hour workweek.

Responsibilities and Qualifications
- Clinical responsibility - attending to high-risk deliveries and managing preterm and full-term newborns.
- Precepting and supervising interns and residents.
- Diagnosis and management of patients in the Neonatal ICU in Harlem Hospital, a level 3 NICU.
- Call Schedule: Calls are scheduled 80 hours per 2-week cycle (average 40 hours per week).
