Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Behavioral Specialist to join our team at ProCare Therapy. This full-time position offers a unique opportunity to support students with behavioral challenges and make a meaningful impact throughout the school year.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement behavior intervention plans in collaboration with students, teachers, and staff.
  • Provide direct support and intervention for students in need of behavioral assistance.
  • Conduct assessments, create goals, and monitor progress for students within the program.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure students' success both academically and behaviorally.
  • Attend team meetings and communicate with families as needed.
Qualifications
  • BCBA certification or a licensed Social Worker with experience in behavioral support.
  • Strong understanding of behavioral intervention techniques and experience working with students in a school setting.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to create individualized behavior plans and monitor progress effectively.
