Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Are you a comitted Board Certified Behavior Analyst looking for an opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of students? ProCare Therapy is currently searching foran experienced and dedicatedBCBA to join one of our trusted school districts situated in the quaintcommunity of Waukee, Iowa. As a key member of the special education department, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and monitoring behavior intervention plans that promote skill acquisition, social development, and independence for students with autism and related disabilities. Through evidence-based practices and collaborative partnerships, you will empower students, families, and educators to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.

Job Description

  • Full time
  • M-F
  • 37.5 hours per week
  • ASAP - July 30, 2025
  • 3 students in behavioral program

Job Requirements

  • Current and Active National Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Master's degree in Behavior Analysis or related field
  • Experience working with students with special needs in a school setting
  • Knowledge of behavior intervention strategies and techniques
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and school staff
  • Must be able to pass a drug test and a background check

Interview Process

  • 10-15 minute screening call with a ProCare Recruiter
  • 20-30 minute virtual/in-person interview with school district
  • Offer is typically within 24 hours of virtual interview

As a ProCare employee, you will be paid on a weekly basis through direct deposit. Your hourly rate will be dependent upon your experience and education.
