As a Registered Nurse in our Neurotherapeutics department, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide immediate and long-term nursing care needs of patients receiving ECT/TMS/Ketamine
  • Work within the treatment team to provide pre-treatment assessment, treatment monitoring, and post-anesthesia recovery management
  • Use multiple data sources to determine actual/potential health issues, functional status, and safety concerns
  • Communicate patient condition and need for altered care with the treatment team
  • Prioritize patient care needs and establish a therapeutic alliance with assigned patients
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing, BSN preferred
  • No experience required, one year medical/psychiatric experience preferred
  • Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
  • Basic computer skills to use electronic or online systems for communication, clinical, and administrative purposes
