Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a Private Duty Nurse. As a Private Duty Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a private setting, working closely with our team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
Responsibilities- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data and information from healthcare members and document actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans, prioritizing patient needs and goals.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families, promoting health and wellness.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of evidence-based practices.
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license for the state in which you practice.
- Current Health Certificate (per facility RN contract or state regulation).
- Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
- Current BLS card.
- One year prior RN experience preferred.
