Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a Private Duty Nurse. As a Private Duty Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a private setting, working closely with our clients and their families to develop personalized care plans.
Responsibilities- Assess and evaluate patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans to meet those needs.
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and other treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patient progress, reporting any changes or concerns to the client's physician and other healthcare team members.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
- Document patient care and progress in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
- One year of experience in private duty nursing or a related field.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
