Providence is seeking a dedicated RN Fellow to join our team in the Progressive Care Unit. As a RN Fellow, you will embark on a guided transition into your new specialty, leveraging a structured curriculum, experienced preceptors, and hands-on learning. If you are a RN ready to transition to a new specialty and possess more than 12 months of continuous RN work experience, this opportunity is tailored for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality patient care through specialized training and hands-on experience.
- Collaborate with experienced preceptors to develop your skills and knowledge.
- Participate in a structured curriculum to enhance your expertise in the Progressive Care Unit.
Requirements:
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- Provider NRP - American Academy of Pediatrics within 6 months (180 days) of hire.
- 1 year of Nursing experience (new to specialty).
