Providence is seeking a dedicated and compassionate RN Fellow to join our team at Providence Centralia Hospital. As a RN Fellow, you will have the opportunity to transition into a new specialty through a structured curriculum, experienced preceptors, and hands-on learning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Participate in ongoing education and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program
  • Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
  • National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association within 6 months (180 days) of hire
  • 1 year Nursing experience (new to specialty)
