Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of therapy sessions, including client progress notes, treatment plans, and outcome measurements.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals, families, and caregivers to provide comprehensive support and ensure seamless care coordination.
Required Qualifications
  • Active Washington State COTA license
  • Associates degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • A commitment to helping clients achieve their therapy goals and improve their functional abilities
