Job Title: Superintendent Level 2

DeAngelis Diamond is a leading construction management firm seeking an experienced Superintendent to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful execution of projects, ensuring quality, schedule, budget, safety, and exceptional client experience goals are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate all resources and logistics for project execution.
  • Lead subcontractors to ensure project quality, schedule, budget, safety, and client experience goals are met.
  • Coordinate inspections and ensure receipt of certificates of completion, punch completion, and final completion certificates.
  • Effectively communicate with owners, design professionals, and team members.
  • Apply DeAngelis Diamond's standard operating procedures to work.
  • Create and manage schedules, prepare RFI's, review and process Submittals and Shop Drawings.
  • Prepare daily and weekly project records and reports.
  • Ensure workplace safety and compliance with Company Safety Policies and OSHA job-site requirements.
  • Participate in creating a winning strategy for Request for Proposal responses and project presentations.

  • Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite, Procore, Box, DocuSign, Textura, BlueBeam, Plangrid, and Scheduling programs.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Superintendent, preferably in core market project types.
  • Proven track record of leading successful projects exceeding $10 million.
  • Strong personal integrity and high ethical standards.
  • Able to function in a collaborative and friendly environment.
