Job Summary:

This role requires a highly skilled and compassionate individual to join our team as a Mental Health Tech. You will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our patients and staff, while also contributing to the development of our interdisciplinary care plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop effective care plans
  • Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care
  • Monitor patient behavior and respond to emergencies as needed
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in a behavioral health setting or related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
