Senior Physical Therapy Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Physical Therapist to join our team of healthcare professionals in Manchester, New Hampshire. As a Home Health PT, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in patients' lives by providing personalized and goal-oriented therapy in a home setting.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans tailored to patients' unique needs and goals.
- Conduct thorough assessments, identify areas for improvement, and track progress.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
- A valid PT License in the State of New Hampshire.
- Graduate of an accredited college-level approved program.
- Current CPR certification required.
- Competitive salary: $40-$51/hour.
