Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Product Demonstrator Lead to join our team at Product Connections. As a Product Demonstrator Lead, you will be responsible for delivering engaging in-store demonstrations that showcase our products and drive sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of our products and their features and benefits.
  • Deliver high-quality in-store demonstrations that meet or exceed client expectations.
  • Manage and maintain event equipment and supplies to ensure a professional appearance.
  • Communicate effectively with store management and colleagues to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Assist with event setup, execution, and teardown, including preparing and serving food samples.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to food safety guidelines and company policies.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and engage with consumers to drive sales and build brand loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities and develop strategies to drive sales growth.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on product knowledge and sales techniques.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; related experience and/or training preferred.
  • Proficient ability to use and navigate personal computers and mobile devices using applications and internal systems.
  • Food Safety Professional Certification and local food handlers permit (if required).
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds, including occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds.
  • Regularly required to stand, walk, use hands and fingers to handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, talk and hear, and visual ability to read instructions and perform responsibilities.
Working Conditions

This role is based in a retail store environment with limited travel. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and maintain a professional appearance consistent with company requirements.
