Job Overview

We are looking for a committed Material Handling Specialist to become a vital part of our team in a production setting. This position entails the safe operation of vehicles, as well as the sorting, handling, and unloading of materials weighing up to 50lbs from delivery trucks.

Key Responsibilities

Your duties will include:

  • Conducting general quality inspections on metal products prior to shipment to ensure they meet our standards.
  • Tracking inventory and shipments utilizing an RF scanning device.
  • Managing data effectively through our ERP system.
Essential Skills

Hard Skills:

  • Proficient in forklift operation
  • Capable of performing manual labor
  • Experienced in inventory management
  • Familiar with RF scanning technology

This role is a Contract-to-Hire opportunity.

Work Environment

This position is fully on-site within a metal manufacturing facility where materials are processed and shipped according to customer specifications.
