About the Position

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Preschool Teacher to join our team at Ark of Learning. As a Preschool Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping the minds and futures of young children.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and implement engaging educational activities and lessons for children aged 2-5
  • Create a safe and nurturing environment, conducive to learning and growth
  • Provide guidance and support to children in their social, emotional, and cognitive development
  • Collaborate with parents and guardians to ensure the well-being and progress of each child
  • Maintain accurate records of children's progress and development
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment

Requirements

  • Experience in Early Childhood Education, preferably with ages 2-5
  • Previous experience working with young children in a daycare, preschool, or educational setting
  • Knowledge of child welfare guidelines and regulations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Benefits and Compensation

The salary range for this position is $14.00 - $19.00 per hour, commensurate with experience. Our benefits package includes employee discounts, flexible schedules, paid holidays (restrictions apply), and professional development assistance.
