**Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor - Equipment Expert**

**Job Description**

The Equipment Maintenance Supervisor - Equipment Expert will be responsible for the overall maintenance of the manufacturing floor. This includes ensuring equipment is operated and maintained according to manufacturer specifications, prioritizing equipment repairs, creating and following preventive maintenance schedules, supervising maintenance technicians/engineers, and inspecting and testing equipment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement equipment maintenance plans to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime
  • Supervise and train maintenance technicians/engineers to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties
  • Conduct regular inspections of all mechanical processes and machinery in the manufacturing department to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of maintenance activities with production operations
  • Develop and maintain documentation of maintenance activities, including schedules, reports, and records

**Requirements:**

  • Strong knowledge of equipment maintenance principles and practices
  • Experience in supervising maintenance technicians/engineers
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
