At CVS Health, we're committed to delivering enhanced human-centric healthcare for a rapidly changing world. As a Lead Director, Enterprise Resiliency, you'll play a critical role in shaping our business continuity and crisis management programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement business continuity plans, including incident response, business unit exercises, and emergency response processes.
  • Lead the development of business continuity assessments, business impact analyses, protection and recovery strategies, and business continuity plans.
  • Partner with senior leadership to deliver robust resiliency strategies and ensure compliance with maintenance requirements.
  • Mentor colleagues to ensure consistency and effective management of the development of resiliency programs.
  • Facilitate implementation of the Business Continuity program lifecycle and drive the understanding and adoption of the Business Continuity program within CVS Health.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in business continuity management and/or organizational risk management.
  • 5+ years of supervisor experience.
  • Experience managing a Business Continuity program for a healthcare company.
  • Experience managing a Crisis Management program.
  • Certifications in Business Continuity Professional Programs (CBCP, CBCI, MBCP)
