About This Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Store Associate to join our team in our Pearl Street studio location. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, providing product recommendations, and maintaining a clean and safe studio environment.

This is an hourly, non-exempt position that requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. If you are a team player with a passion for jewelry and customer service, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service, including greeting and welcoming customers, checking them in, and assisting with piercings and jewelry sales.
  • Maintain a clean and safe studio environment, including restocking supplies, cleaning equipment, and adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Process transactions accurately, including sales, returns, and exchanges.
  • Assist with inventory management, including conducting stock checks and replenishing displays as needed.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve skills and product knowledge.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of retail or service industry experience.
  • Ability to work weekends, nights, and holidays.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
  • Flexibility and willingness to lend a helping hand.
