**Job Summary**
At DuPage Machine Products, we are seeking a skilled and experienced Production Supervisor to lead our CNC production department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the department, ensuring efficient production processes, and driving continuous improvement.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Optimize Operator Efficiency: Review and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase productivity.
- Investigate and Address Low Efficiencies: Conduct thorough investigations to identify the root causes of low efficiencies and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Conduct Visual Inspection of Parts: Perform regular visual inspections of parts to ensure they meet quality standards and identify any defects or issues.
- Participate in Supervisor and Production Meetings: Attend regular meetings with supervisors and production teams to discuss production progress, address concerns, and provide feedback.
- Collaborate with Management and Human Resources: Work closely with management and human resources to resolve issues, address employee concerns, and implement company policies.
**Requirements:**
- Minimum 5 Years of Relevant Experience: We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a production supervisory role, preferably in a CNC production environment.
