Key Responsibilities- Coordinate patient care services during designated shifts, utilizing the nursing process and leadership skills to ensure effective care delivery.
- Assess staff needs and collaborate with the staffing coordinator, Nurse Director, and Administrative Nursing Supervisor to ensure patients' needs are met.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes, staff satisfaction, and overall unit performance.
- Provide guidance and support to nursing staff, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of evidence-based practices.
- Current CA RN license
- BLS certification
- ADN with 2+ years recent psych experience or BSN with 1+ year psych experience
- 1+ year managerial experience
