We are seeking a skilled Heavy Duty Mechanic Technician to join our team at Aerotek. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing heavy equipment and diesel engines.

Work Environment:

You will work in both a machine shop and outdoor environment, around machinery and moving parts. Exposure to airborne particles including grain, dust, and fertilizer is common. The job may involve working in adverse weather conditions and potentially loud noise levels, requiring hearing protection.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Mechanical aptitude, especially with diesel engines and agricultural equipment.
  • Experience in mechanical repair and maintenance.
  • Experience in agriculture-related fields.
  • Heavy equipment operation experience.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license (Class D required at hire; CDL with tanker and hazmat endorsements preferred).
