Employee Benefit Programs Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Employee Benefit Programs Coordinator to join our team at Brickell Personnel Consultants, Inc. The successful candidate will have a strong background in human resources, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The primary responsibility of this role is to assist in the development, implementation, and management of employee benefit programs that meet the needs of employees and comply with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the development and implementation of comprehensive benefit plans that meet the needs of employees and comply with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with management to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations such as ERISA, COBRA, and HIPAA.
- Assist in the creation of EDI connections and oversee weekly vendor connections.
- Manage employee enrollments for new hires and life events, audit enrollments and billing, and fix problems.
- Support the development and implementation of communication strategies to educate employees about their benefits and encourage participation in available programs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Human Resources experience of at least three years is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bilingual Spanish.
What We Offer:
- $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year.
