OnePointe Solutions LLC is seeking a skilled Powder Coating Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for assisting the powder coat team in prepping material using various techniques.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare parts for coating, ensuring all components are prepped efficiently and consistently with company-established goals for quality and customer order on-time performance.
  • Load and unload parts or products onto fixtures, maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
  • Perform quality checks throughout production runs, identifying and addressing any irregularities or interruptions.
  • Communicate and coordinate with the Supervisor/Manager to ensure effective and safe operations.
  • Perform other various job duties as required by the Supervisor/Manager or their designees.
Requirements
  • Ability to work on a team and take direction, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Manual dexterity and stability required for precision work, with comfort using power tools.
  • Ability to read and listen to assignments given in a variety of forms, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Prior coating and sandblasting experience preferred, but not required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with 1-3 years of related experience desirable.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to see details at close range, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to lift 30 lbs, with the ability to stand for the majority of the day.
