Job Overview

The Project Engineer 2 plays a vital role in ensuring the successful execution of construction projects. This position requires a strong understanding of construction fundamentals, company best practices, and effective collaboration with project teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in safety planning, ensure compliance through training, toolbox talks, and communication with Safety Representatives.
  • Support estimate preparation, schedule development, and daily log maintenance.
  • Pre-plan crew activities, fulfill task plan requirements, and provide updates to project superintendents.
  • Maintain job setup and project administration in CMiC and other company technologies.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.
  • 2+ years of construction experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, knowledge of Lean process, and organizational structure.
Benefits and Working Environment

The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 per year. Benefits include health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off. The working environment may require lifting up to 50 pounds, frequent travel, and non-traditional work hours.
