Job Description: Construction Project Coordination Specialist

About the Role:
We're looking for a skilled Construction Project Coordination Specialist to join our team in the Southeast region. As a key coordinator, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring smooth project execution, effective stakeholder communication, and successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide coordination support to project managers, engineers, and contractors
- Maintain accurate records of project progress, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
- Facilitate communication among project stakeholders, including clients, designers, contractors, and engineers
- Assist in identifying and mitigating project risks
- Develop and implement project coordination processes to improve efficiency and productivity
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives

Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in project coordination or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
