  • We offer a competitive salary of $46,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
  • Job Summary
  • We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our team. As an OTA, you will work closely with our Occupational Therapists to develop and implement rehabilitation programs that focus on maximizing patient recovery.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Collaborate with Occupational Therapists
    • Develop and implement occupational therapy programs that focus on rehabilitation.
    • Work Directly with Patients
    • Assist patients in achieving maximum physical recovery.
    • Evaluate Therapy Treatment
    • Communicate patients' progress to relevant healthcare professionals.
    • Record and Document Patient Care
    • Record and document patient care services accurately and efficiently.
    • Collaborate with Team Personnel
    • Collaborate with other team personnel to achieve well-rounded patient care.
  • Requirements
  • To be successful in this role, you will need:
    • Graduate of an Accredited OTA Program
    • Current VA OTA license.
    • Experience in Skilled Nursing
    • Experience in a skilled nursing facility preferred but not required.
    • Excellent Customer Service and Patient Care
    • Proven excellent customer service and patient care skills.
