Reporting directly to the Building Operations Manager, your primary focus will be to maintain operational efficiency by adhering to maintenance schedules, troubleshooting problems, and collaborating with team members. Strong communication, problem-solving, and mechanical skills are essential, along with the capability to work both independently and as part of a cohesive team. Flexibility to assist with additional responsibilities as required is also necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize the work order management system to receive and address reactive repair tasks.
- Inspect and operate facilities equipment to identify and rectify issues.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the safety, functionality, and visual appeal of the property.
- Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures.
- Assist with the relocation of furniture and equipment as needed.
- Support the maintenance team with related tasks as required.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of two years of verifiable experience (three or more years preferred) in maintaining various building systems in a large commercial environment.
- Valid driver's license.
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, prints, tables, charts, and operating manuals.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to report to the facility for emergency service within one hour.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Physically capable of lifting 50 pounds unassisted.
- Comfortable using aerial lifts and ladders up to a height of thirty feet.
- Trade experience preferred.
- Proficient in maintaining computerized records and preparing reports. Able to effectively use employee-related software for work planning and timekeeping.

$24 - $28 per hour
Work Schedule:
9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday
