Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and automate financial reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights to senior management.
  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable data infrastructure that supports the FP&A team's needs.
  • Build and manage comprehensive financial datasets, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and accessibility.
  • Integrate data from various sources (ERP systems, CRM, financial databases) to create unified datasets for analysis.
  • Work closely with IT, and other departments to ensure data alignment and integrity across the organization.
  • Establish and enforce data governance standards and best practices within the finance team.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline data processes and enhance data quality and efficiency.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in a finance or data management role, with at least 2 years focused on data infrastructure and dataset development.
  • Proficiency in data management tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R), financial systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), and financial modeling.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide insights.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of simplifying complex ideas to actionable messages.
  • Highly collaborative with the ability to influence multiple internal partners to drive results in a matrixed environment.
  • Proactive mindset with a desire to drive change.
  • Results-oriented with the ability to work under pressure, navigate through ambiguity, draw linkages, and balance multiple priorities.
  • Attention to detail is a must.
