Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Center Manager to join our team at SightMD. As a Center Manager, you will play a vital role in the management of daily office operations, ensuring consistency, flow, and achievement of individual and team goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage financial obligations of the center to meet or exceed budget expectations
  • Oversee, train, and supervise front desk, surgical, and technical staff operations to ensure compliance with company policies and healthcare ordinances
  • Assist in the direction of physician and patient activities, acting as a liaison between the front and back office to ensure high patient satisfaction and overall efficiency
  • Seek out and identify areas of improvement, research, plan, and develop action plans for implementation
  • Establish and oversee orientation, training, and career development for new hires
  • Manage and enforce safety and security of the workplace environment, along with legal/regulatory compliance of office operations
  • Lead, promote, and encourage a healthy and inclusive work environment through regular coaching, teamwork, and positive reinforcement
  • Evaluate individual performance levels through continuous performance management and conduct disciplinary action meetings as needed
  • Track and report team development, build and maintain a culture consistent with SightMD core values, and adjust training, processes, or staffing as needed
  • Maintain corporate standards within the office to ensure brand consistency and relay any specific issues or needs to corporate
  • Manage office inventory of medical and office supplies, working closely with procurement to ensure cost and inventory controls
Requirements
  • Associates degree or 4+ years of relevant experience
  • Minimum 3 years experience working in the medical field, Ophthalmology a plus
  • Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience
  • Strong organization and leadership/management skills, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure individually and as part of a team
  • Open availability to work a rotating schedule
  • Advanced computer skills and EMR experience
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree
Salary Range

$32.00-$35.00/hour to commensurate with experience
