Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize technical expertise to diagnose and repair vehicles efficiently.
- Gain experience across a diverse range of domestic and international vehicle models.
- Conduct thorough and honest vehicle inspections for customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to address customer concerns promptly.
- Adhere to and promote high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization.
- Communicate effectively with the service department regarding customer issues.
- Work alongside fellow technicians to troubleshoot and resolve challenges, ensuring timely results.
Qualifications:
- Positive demeanor and a strong desire to assist customers.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in automotive service.
- ASE Certifications are preferred, or a commitment to obtain them.
- Ability to diagnose and repair a variety of vehicle makes and models.
- Consistently meet or exceed performance goals.
- Willingness to learn new skills and processes.
- Professional appearance and excellent communication skills.
- Aiming for long-term career growth.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and/or move over 100 pounds occasionally.
- Capability to work with tools on elevated vehicles.
- Comfortable working in confined spaces as required by vehicle repairs.
- Dexterity to effectively use hand tools.
- Ability to stand or walk for the majority of the workday.
- Proficient in driving manual transmission vehicles.
- Competent in navigating computer systems.
