Job Summary

Premier Magnesia, LLC is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Magnesia Plant Operator to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our magnesia plant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and Maintain Equipment: Ensure all equipment is in good working condition and perform routine maintenance tasks as needed.
  • Manage Inventory and Shipping: Accurately track and manage inventory levels, and ensure timely and accurate shipping of products.
  • Monitor and Maintain Quality: Conduct regular quality checks to ensure products meet company standards.
  • Collaborate with Team Members: Work closely with other team members to achieve production goals and resolve any issues that may arise.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
  • Skills: Basic computer skills, effective communication skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift 50 pounds repetitively, climb ladders, and work on platforms.
