At Insight Restoration, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restoration Lead Technician to join our team. As a Restoration Lead Technician, you will play a critical role in responding to customer needs for water and fire restoration jobs, including drying, demolition, cleaning, and other restoration activities.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform Restoration Process: Execute the restoration process according to scope, IICRC standards, and supervisor instructions.
- Ensure Safety and Compliance: Follow OSHA and safety guidelines for each project, and maintain accurate documentation, photos, and compliance tasks.
- Lead and Train Team Members: Lead, train, mentor, motivate, and supervise teammates on each project during work activities.
- Inventory and Load Equipment: Inventory and load the work vehicle with equipment, products, and supplies needed for each project.
- Communicate Effectively: Communicate openly with the supervisor and other technicians, and leave the job site with a clean and orderly appearance.
- IICRC Certification: Possess IICRC certification (preferred).
- Experience in Restoration: Have experience in water, fire, storm, mold remediation, and contents restoration.
- Commercial Experience: Have experience serving commercial properties.
- Availability: Be available to work on-call rotation schedule (1 day/week and 1 weekend/month).
- Physical Abilities: Possess the ability to lift a minimum of 30-40 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 50+ pounds with assistance, and work in tight spaces.
