Job Summary

Service Restoration Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Mitigation Crew Lead to join their team in Bloomington. As a key member of the first response team, you will be responsible for assessing damages, stopping damage progression, and initiating mitigation efforts to restore properties to their original state.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to lead teams in a fast-paced environment. A valid driver's license, clear driving record, and IICRC Certification (WRT or other) are required. Experience in restoration and water mitigation is essential, with a minimum of 3 years in each field.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead manual labor teams in water mitigation, flooring removal, and furniture moving
  • Set up and take down equipment, take pictures of job sites, and clean up debris
  • Record details in industry-specific apps and software, and lead technicians on site

Requirements

  • Good communication skills and reliability
  • Current Valid Driver's License and clear driving record
  • IICRC Certification (WRT or other)
  • Experience in Restoration: 3 Years
  • Experience in Water Mitigation: 3 Years
